WikiJob is an online platform that provides job seekers with access to career advice, interview tips, and job listings.
It is a user-generated content website, where members share their experiences, knowledge, and opinions about job applications
We love that WikiJob aims to help candidates improve their job search skills and find employment opportunities easily.
As we have already helped WikiJob to rank #1 by the list of keywords in HR niche, this time client asked us to do the same, but in the forex trading niche.
As always, we stick to our golden standards – so our plan has the same steps. Let’s take look at each one:
1. Competitor Analysis
At this step, we carefully search for each competitor in forex trading niche – manually and automatically (Ahrefs).
Then we collect all the data about their backlink profiles including:
- Links built;
As we’re doing all the work in Google Spreadsheets, it is quite simple to sort the target websites using our custom formula.
There are the following requirements included:
- Organic traffic 1 000+
- No spam
- No pbns, forums, directories.
We’ve got 300 prospects out of the list of ~2 550 websites.
Then, we go to the next step.
2. Outreach Stage
The next step is bulk sending emails to website owners to place the link.
It’s a must to mention the article we want to insert the link into, anchor text, and URL.
This way, we save lots of time and effort for each side.

3. Link Placement
Once the website holder agrees to our requirements, we will discuss the link placement.
After everything is done – we carefully check each citation on keyword spelling and correct URL.
Then we write the report in GSheets.
There, our team mentions links to the website we placed citations on, anchor texts, client’s URLs, organic traffic, Domain Authority.
The above-described process was repeated 3 times more until we got 21 links live.
Four milestones took 4 months for us and look at the results we’ve delivered.
